Unlike the more traditional group exercise, our programming is based on YOU. Your goals, your sport(s), your current performance metrics and your schedule. Instead of showing up to an exercise class where everyone is doing the exact same workout, at APL we create a personalized training program tailored specifically to you based on your Performance Strategy Session that you will then follow during your session time – alongside 2-6 other mountain athletes who are following their own personalized training program.
The small-group size allows us to provide the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. During your training session our coaches are available to you to ask questions, get guidance, or even tweak your exercises in real time based on how your body is feeling that day.
